He opened a command prompt on the windows repair screen and tried to format the sata SSD to NTFS. We changed the Launch OPROM Policy BIOS setting to legacy only, didn't work of course. When attempting to install them, windows fails with the error message "No device drivers found".
We tried putting the Intel RST and NVME drivers on a separate USB drive and browsing for the proper drivers. I don't think anything is wrong with the build itself, everything is working (boots to BIOS).except he's stuck at a brick wall on the windows 10 installer. I donated a bunch of spare PC parts that I've slowly upgraded to my friend, and this past weekend he was finally able to build his first PC.
